Full Description:

DPC is a church that is committed to the gospel of Jesus Christ and sees intentional discipleship as the way in which God’s grace is experienced and lived out. Our prayer is to see DPC families transformed through this intentional discipleship model which in turn will impact our community, Chandler and the East Valley, with the Gospel. Catch the vision of what God is doing in the DPC family. We are a church grounded in the Historic Christian Faith and recognize the Reformation as instrumental in understanding the purpose of the church.

We hold to the following:
• All Scripture is the inerrant and inspired Word of God, “God-breathed”, and provides everything needed for a person to have a saving relationship with God. 2 Timothy 3:15-16
• We believe that salvation is a free gift of God secured by the work of Jesus Christ, who lived a righteous life, died for our sins, and rose from the dead conquering sin and death. Ephesians 2:4-9
• As a church we are part of the Presbyterian Church in America and subscribe to their standards, the Bible as ultimate authority, the creeds and confessions of the church as secondary documents that are man made. The Westminster Confession of Faith and Larger and Shorter Catechism we believe unfold the great teachings or doctrines contained in the Scripture. We follow a Presbyterian form of representative government as reflected in the Bible and our Book of Church Order. Acts 14:23, 15:1-30, 1 Timothy 3:1-13
