GILBERT SITE A FINALIST TO BUILD CANCER CLINIC
Full Description:
A planned Gilbert retail and office development is one of three finalist sites for a Cancer Treatment Centers of America hospital and clinic proposed for the Valley.
If chosen, Gilbert Esplanade would see more than 340 jobs come to the site with the clinic, according to a memo distributed at January's Gilbert Economic Development Advisory Board meeting. The hospital facility would cover 200,000 square feet.
